bank office furniture

The project responds to the need to furnish the offices of an international banking group with a coherent and adaptable furniture solution. The aim was to create a system capable of responding to different buildings, teams and ways of working while maintaining a consistent identity across every location.

In this context, furniture acts as a workplace infrastructure: it organises individual workstations, supports everyday tasks and contributes both to employee wellbeing and to the organisation’s corporate identity.

The proposal is based on a restrained and precise aesthetic. Straight lines, open surfaces and a predominantly white palette create a bright, orderly environment, while textile screens introduce colour, privacy and a more individual scale to each workstation.

Shared desks optimise the available space and maintain visual continuity throughout the office. Low storage units positioned alongside the workstations provide practical storage without interrupting the openness of the layout. Every element follows the same functional and formal logic.

The proposal won the competition organised by the banking group to select furniture for its offices in Brazil, the United States, Mexico, Argentina and Chile. Its international scope and tight deadlines made it one of aridi’s most global and demanding rollouts, delivered while maintaining the coherence of the system across different contexts.
